Based in Europe, Jonas focuses on French-speaking countries and Africa, where he works to build lasting partnerships with local race timers and organizers.
What drives Jonas is a simple but powerful belief: professional timing is not an extra cost, it’s an investment that transforms an event. Accurate, real-time results attract media coverage, build credibility with sponsors, and open the door to the international running community. For growing events, it can be the difference between a local race and a recognized fixture on the global calendar.
His approach is rooted in empowerment. Rather than flying in a timing team and leaving, Jonas focuses on transferring knowledge so that local people can own and operate the technology themselves, building long-term capability, not dependency.
